Julie Breen is the founder and principal solicitor of Julie Breen Solicitors LLP. Julie worked for many years in legal firms as a Legal Secretary and Legal Executive, before qualifying as a solicitor.
In 2005, Julie qualified as a solicitor and continued to work in practice before starting her law firm in Ferns and Enniscorthy. She now has a well-established client base, and provides a variety of legal services to clients. Julie enjoys working with people and helping her clients to do well in legal matters.
Julie is just one of a few solicitors in the South-East practicing in Collaborative Law. An alternative to the adversarial court-based system, this process enables both parties in a family dispute to work through their issues with their legal advisers. If the collaborative approach is not suitable for a client, Julie has extensive experience in resolving Family Law matters through the court system.
Julie represents clients in commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, business leases, company purchases and sales. With extensive experience in Employment Law, Julie also works with clients in drafting Terms of Employment and Contracts of Employment. She also represents employers and employees before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Labour Court.
Clients can also avail of Julie’s practice in the preparation of Wills, Administration of Estates and Litigation, including District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Commercial Court.
